This recreation of the famous long distance Italian road race is now held a time trial.

Using many of the same roads as the original Giro this 1,000 mile five day event is open to machines built up to 1957 and with a maximum capacity of 175cc for the vintage racing class. Later machines are accomodated in the Taglioni memorial class or touring class.

It is a glamorous and high profile event attracting riders from all over the world, including famous names from the past.
